Plans and AI credits
The free trial, the plans, and what does and doesn’t use an AI credit.
The free trial
Every account starts with a 14-day free trial of every feature. It includes 50 AI credits for the whole trial. No credit card is needed: when the trial ends, nothing is charged and your records are kept until you pick a plan.

Every plan includes unlimited records, fields and types, the web archive (page content and screenshots), every way to save pages, import and export, bulk actions and daily backups. Lifetime is Basic, paid once, for as long as Faved Cloud exists, and is offered for a limited time.

What uses an AI credit
One AI credit covers one page the AI reads to fill your own fields, whether it fills one field or twenty. Extracting from the same page again uses another credit. A page Faved fetched and a page the Chrome extension or bookmarklet handed over cost the same.
These are free and don't use credits:
- fetching a page's title, description and preview image,
- keeping the page's content,
- taking a screenshot,
- generating a summary.

Running out
When your credits run out, AI extraction pauses until they renew at the start of your next month; on a trial, until you subscribe. Everything else keeps working, including the free parts of extraction.
Need more sooner? On a paid plan, buy a top-up from Settings › Billing with Add credits:
- 100 AI credits for $5
- 500 AI credits for $20
Top-up credits never expire, and are used once the month's allowance is spent. They aren't available during the trial.
Fair use
Records, fields and types have no plan limit. Fair use applies, because Faved is for your own library, not for bulk scraping:
- Library: up to 100,000 records.
- Page reads: 500 over a trial, 5,000 a month on a paid plan. A page read is any page Faved fetches for you, the free ones included. It's separate from AI credits.
